Suspicious Package Disrupts Bainbridge Ferry Run April 12, 2004 BAINBRIDGE ISLAND - Seattle-Bainbridge ferry service was disrupted Monday afternoon while a State Patrol bomb squad checked out a suspicious package on the ferry Wenatchee. Ferry spokeswoman Pat Paterson says a new blue nylon duffel bag was found by crew in a trash can during a routine security sweep. It turned out only to have personal effects in it. Ferry service resumed around 4 p.m. komotv.com
