Actually 99% of the stuff isn't even recognized as in OR out of 'the box'... diet is certainly an area that science HAS NOT done much with. Too busy looking for some mechanism of X causes Y at the cellular level. Virually ALL dietary/heath links are outside the scientific box, making all the truths out there. Worse, it seems it's [diet] is even outside the 'medical' box... I think doctors take like one course on the topic.
