I am fearing at this point that the normal Iraqi's if there is such a thing is not capable of stepping up and being a part of a peaceful Democracy. It appears to me that they need to be led and abused by some bearded barbarian in order to feel loved. I fear that the good things I thought could happen over there will not and that we are going to end up with another Iran instead of an Americanized and peaceful Iraq.

This would be the worst possible outcome and it's starting to look like a real possibility IMO.
