Yes, is it not amazing how many things do not really count in the cost of living these days? LOL And they talk like that without any shame or regret, which is pretty amazing.

And now the cost of the war keeps going up and up!

I would say the pain point for many ARM holders will arrive with even small increases in interest rates, because so many Americans are playing a financial "house of cards" these days....
