Mediacom Communications Announces Participation in Investor Conference

MEDIACOM COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION (Nasdaq: MCCC) today announced that it will participate in the Wachovia Securities Media & Telecommunications Fixed Income Conference to be held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City on Wednesday, April 14, 2004.
