Hi Ex-INTCfan,

I can vouch for your bad experience with Dell. My experience over the past two years has been very, very bad. Since they have moved many of their customer service and tech support operations offshore it's been all downhill.

I for one won't buy from Dell if I can get the same product from someone else. I have told many of my family and friends to stay away from Dell. It's not worth the effort to try and deal with them.

You might add EXDELL to your name. :)
