I think you are right if you are implying that the FBI is going to have to provide more detailed information to the president. Condilazy and junior both have said they need to be told where, by who, the time and the date of an attack before they consider the intelligence to be actionable. According to them if they are given that information and then if someone tells them to do something they will move mountains to stop it. Go junior!
