Our biggest disagreement came shortly after you joined SI. You snickered quite loudly when I told you "the world is a dangerous place." I told you there were threats from all corners of the world that you and most Americans have no idea about. Remember, I got my information from a buddy in military intelligence. But you chortled that those days are over, we will never be under threat, and that we didn't even need a military any more.

That's when I had you figured out.
