Do you think we can wage war with the extremists muslims without drawing the regular muslims into the battle?

Seems like an all-or-nothing deal to me, I doubt the run-of-the-mill shiite will feel unconcerned because we are only killing those shiites who we, in our discretion, have determined to be extremists.
