Their web page is www.adi.net/ Divedends ? none EPS and D/A ratio ? I do not have their recent finacials Massive growth? Sorry I should have said that their stock price is poised for massive growth. Management ? The company is Managed by Robert G. Hunter ( from the Hunter- Dickinson Group; If you are familiar with the mining industry You most likely have herd of him. If not , he has one of the cleanest reputations around.)The insiders hold about 13,000,000 shares of 23,000,000 public float. Based on public records, during the last run, the insiders did not dump and run when the stock went from $.55 to $7.00 . And,have since been slowly accumilating more stock.
