That is the way to do it. Keep in mind the Chinese have increased bank reserve rates to try to keep a lid on growth.

The flipside is the Bank of Canada lowered it's target for the overnight rate by 1/4 percentage point to 2 1/2 per cent

My take is things are out of sync, big time.
