BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) -- FBI agents raided the J.B. Oxford & Co. discount
brokerage Tuesday as part of a white-collar crime investigation.

The FBI served search warrants on the Wilshire Boulevard brokerage at 7 a.m. and
various documents were seized, FBI spokesman John Hoos said. There were no arrests.

``We're executing federal search warrants in conjunction with a white-collar crime investigation,'' Hoos said, adding J.B. Oxford employees were allowed to continue working.

FBI agents were expected to be in the J.B. Oxford offices all day, he said.

All information and documents in the case have been sealed by the court and details about the warrants weren't being released, Hoos said.

Assistant U.S. Attorney David Seide, who is heading the case, was out of the office and didn't return telephone calls.

``I can't make a comment on the investigation. The case is sealed,'' said Thom Mrozek, spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office.

J.B. Oxford President Stephen Rubenstein wasn't available and messages weren't returned. Tina Lucas, manager of the executive offices at J.B. Oxford, also didn't return calls.
