it's possible because our new governor who WON because this state was ROBBED by Texas oil boyz is a personal buddy with Ken Lay....
he has NO interest in going after those that took enough money away from OUR pockets to start a new country because it would solve the budget crisis and show him to be the fool and unnecessary
