see how they hyped the trade deficit even that is quite worrisome at a time the USD was lower than today. WOnder if that is also "seasonable adjusted".

Once at 10 billion the market was going south now at 4 times more no one cares.

at 1% population growth some trade deficit (around 1%) was acceptable but not 5% of GDP
