Bush is as likeable as Bozo the Clown. Bush is a good goof around and have a beer with male cheerleader type guy. He's always been a good frontman for special interests. That's why they hire him. I'd love to pal around with him too at the country club. But he's an utter failure as a president, a serial BS artist and seems completely out of touch with reality.
I have personally spent enough time with Kerry to have no worries about his charisma. Once people get to know him they'll find a warm, personable good listener with a good sense of humor. A very deeply cool guy, just not an outwardly smoozing grinner rich party boy type like GW.
Kerry is deeper, more concerned, more patrician. We don't need a smirking jokester to fix our plethora of serious problems we need a strong, courageous, honest, common sense thinker and doer who can bring both parties together.
Kerry's 17% lead over Bush in New York is very-very strong. In a state where Pataki wins as governor, there is no doubt Kerry is the runaway winner. Except for New Hampshire, Kerry can pack up the entire northeast and west coast then concentrate on those battleground states where Bush is the weakest, like Ohio, Nevada, West Virginia and Florida. Depending on who his running mate is he can pick up one or two red states in the south, southwest or midwest. As of right now, Kerry would win the election. |
