And here I made such a careful effort to point out that there has been much written about the unreliability of these medical records! Are you reading only to find what you can dispute and disprove or are you trying to HEAR me? Because my inclination- honestly!-is to see things your way, only I don;t believe that that type of disparagement and denial are the best way to deal with these things. The whole point of all my posting was not to convince you that anything other than what you believe is actually TRUER, but that there are other belief options, and these options DO have basis (as in that article from Electronic Iraq). A dying child, hit by us or by them, intentionally or not, is still a dying child. You just can't ignore the emotional appeal of these images and the choice they offer to the viewer. We know who we are. They don't.
