OK, you guys. Let's lighten up a bit. Here's my horror story:
About one year ago my wife and I were moving into our house and had two (yes two, dammit) moving vans parked out front and about a half dozen big husky guys moving stuff in. We broke for lunch and were eating pizza on the tail gate when a lady came walking by with her dog on a leash. The dog stopped to take a dump on our drive way, and the lady continued on around the culdesac when he finished.
My wife, not wanting to let this pass, took a plastic sack out and offered it to her as she came back around. "Perhaps you'd like to clean up after your dog," my wife said.
"No, no! This is Stevens County! We don't even have a leash law here and I don't have to clean up after my dog," the lady replied, "and if that's what you wanted you should have moved to Spokane County!"
She continued ranting like this until my wife finally says "Lady, you're still talking, but I'm not listening!"
These big husky mover guys couldn't believe their ears. When they finished and got ready to leave, one says, "Is it alright if Jack takes a dump on your driveway?" Everybody got a big laugh out of it.
People and dogs from hell. They deserve each other. |
