You asked this

How did Kerry vote against the troops in Iraq? Show me a link to facts.

And I supplied it.

It's now 2004 and we have committed troops in Iraq.

The troops were already committed and fighting then. It was a video from September of 2003 on Disgrace the Nation (8 months ago) where Kerry clearly said one thing and then had his assistant call it a protest vote.

"Asked if he would vote against the $87 billion if his amendment did not pass, Kerry said, "I don't think any United States senator is going to abandon our troops and recklessly leave Iraq to whatever follows as a result of simply cutting and running. That's irresponsible."

The situation has changed and I am glad Kerry can change his mind

How had the situation changed? The Vote was in October of 2003! DOH

The there's this beauty

"I actually did vote for the $87 billion before I voted against it," Kerry said on Tuesday.

Sitting on a fence like that for a guy will usually cost you a testicle

Much of that 87 B was not strictly targeted for troops............in fact a ton of it has gone to Halliburton

I'm not going to defend Halliburton but you don't know squat about how much of that money was intended for HAL and neither do I. So don't sit back and blow smoke about how much has or hasn't been sent to them. Hell, you apparently didn't even know our troops were fighting in 2003.

2003 tape?
