More likely, the mug shots disclosed by US authorities in the hours following the crashes were that of would-be CIA informants/plants. The alleged squadron leader Mohammed Atta was probably a supergrass working for the CIA in Egypt or Saudi Arabia or... whatever! They all got written off by their US employer --actually, they were very likely wasted BEFORE September 11th, 2001 as an "insurance cover-up" in case things turned sour --which they did.
