During Bush's press conference, why did the reporter allow Bush to gloss over his indiscriminate use of the term "coalition?" No follow-up. As usual, other members of the "coalition" have sent token numbers of troops in. The reporter rightly called it window dressing, and Bush merely responded that it was the intent that mattered. They may back us in spirit, but the US is losing many lives being involved in something that started out as a Bush family problem. We entered Iraq under false pretenses. Using 9-11 as a flash point, Bush lied to a wounded and vulnerable audience, and now tries to pass it off as a simple case of relaying bad intelligence to the American people and to the world. Why are we not expending these resources going after the one who admitted to attacking us instead of breeding more terrorists?
