Kerry wants the UN to take over in Iraq. But what model of success can Mr. Kerry point to that can be used for success in Iraq? Is it Kosovo where it took 5 years to BEGIN to turn over authority to the Kosovars? Perhaps Srebrenica, where they “protected” the Muslim safe areas and 8,000 muslims were massacred. Oh wait, maybe it was Rwanda. Yeah, Rwanda, that’s the ticket.
