REFR gives Dupont money? Dupont allows REFR to write a misleading press release? Dupont knowingly engages in a fraud?? Are you really alleging this? Can you confirm in writing, please. In a single day Duponts revenues dwarfs the total current value of REFR, but you believe they resort to taking payments from cash poor REFR? It is true that we do not know the terms of the deal, but that doesn't grant you the license to fill in the information gap with your hysteria. The prima facie evidence is that Dupont knowingly agreed and desired a license. When you can definitively show otherwise you will have scored a major coup in your hate campaign.
