AND, which warnings were those? Lets just face the truth for a change. The FBI was HAMSTRUNG by laws promulgated under a Democratic Congress FORBIDDING them to associate and recieve or give information to the CIA. The CIA was hamstrung by Torecelli and who else, why KERRY HIMSELF through rules and budget cuts that caused them to lose 25% of their personnell. This is what allowed Terrorists to get past our outter defenses and into the heart of America. jdn
