Veridicom International's Biometrics Security Technologies Heighten Presence in Key Middle East, African Markets
SUNNYVALE, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- April 15, 2004 -- Veridicom International, Inc. (OTCBB:VRDI) today announced that under an agreement with Montada Al Khaleej Establishment ("Montada"), the Company's proprietary biometrics solutions will receive significant marketing exposure in the high demand markets of the Middle East and Africa. Under terms of the agreement, Montada purchased marketing rights to Veridicom's product and service portfolio for those regions and established an equity position in the Company in a transaction valued at $1.25 million.
