Every politician of standing, except maybe Zell Miller, employs a speech writer. That speech writer attempts to get into the persons mind and write what that person is thinking. They then review it, make changes and deliver it. Bush is no different. Its his manner of delivery that makes it obvious it is from his heart. After listening to Bush's speech the other day is there ANY DOUBT that he is going to see this through so long as he is in office? No flip flopper there now is there? jdn
