well i held my nose and ventured onto the yahoo thread to see what was flying over there. here's my best guess. 1. lots of nervousness about the R/S coming up. 2. a sell rec from a daytrader service which has no clue about anything fundamental. you know this has been a penny daytrader stock with huge volume. that should end soon. 3. some unfounded rumours posted on yahoo about ch. 11 which are total bs. bottom line IMO, the market cap (around $220m at 761m shares x .30) won't change withe R/S. if the balance sheet turns positive (a real possibility) and cash flow also, then you will see bigger nos. per share with 1/10 of the shares out and some analysts may actually get a handle on the co. i like what mgt has done the last couple years getting rid of the debt; i like that they are moving toward an operating rather than a holding co. model so i'm belted in and ready for the ride.
