Thanks, rm. The news heading was something about an SEC filing, and I hadn't read it either. The essence of the release was .. "On April 13, 2004 Environmental Remediation Holding Corporation ("ERHC") submitted a letter to the Nigeria-Sao Tome and Principe Joint Development Authority exercising its preferential rights in the Nigeria-Sao Tome and Principe Joint Development Zone." I'm not familiar enough with ERHC, which I came across thru an HYPD news release earlier, to understand the significance of this announcement, but I added a bit to my small holding at .625 before it made its sharp rise yesterday. At the moment .. so far, so good.
