That "side by side comparison" doesn't really explain how
the Kerry tax plan would actually be effected.

Has he actually set forth somewhere the various tax brackets and shown in detail what he proposes?

For example, here is a link to the 2003 IRS tax structure:

I'm curious as to how Kerry intends to change the
actual brackets, percentages, etc.

Without such detail, I do not find his
"side by side" comparison to be particularly
compelling. In fact, it's just short of meaningless.

Since the tax issue is a hot button, I think that
more detail is required to really evaluate Kerry's
proposals, particularly in light of his spending proposals.
