Hi Craig, >>ZARAH, I've have checked two of the companies that you mentioned, Microsoft(back to 2/14/94) and Atmel and have found no Reg S filings. I have owned Microsoft for years and they have never done a Reg S, in fact I can not remember them doing a convertable...I can not remember a cash problem.<ggg> I have been intimate with them since the first excel release on the MAC.
