Good to see your actions my friend. I am proud of you. lol

I still think the fear of rising interest rate is over-blown. It is now clear that unemployment issue did get any better lately. The small changes after Fed flooded the market with so much money at low interest rates isn't anything worth to get excited. I don't feel that Fed is going to raise interest rate any time soon, because:

1. It has been the plan to inflate us out of the deflation hole. I don't think the economy can sustain itself without the same low rate of financing. Any meaningful rate increases will kill the stock market and stop the recovery, if there is any. This process of easy money is far from over.
2. AG just told us that we should take the advantage of using ARM instead of long term mortgage a month ago. There is no way for him to eat his own words. Or, he will be sued by millions. lol
3. Unemployment is on the rising. Increase of part time jobs doesn't help the economy. These low pay jobs are deflationary, imho.

I don't feel the fundamental has changed at all, therefore, I didn't make any changes of my PM holding. Technically, PM just moved too fast for the rest of world to catch up. Of course it hasn't been fast enough for the gold bugs. They want to see POG $500 before year end. Not so easy. lol

Good luck.
