I asked you a question... Do you really believe the terrorists will be merciful with you and your loved ones because you appease them, when their aim is total conquest? If that were the issue on the table, I would answer it. But it is not......Bush did not go after the terrorists, he went after Saddam. He literally put his fist through a hornet's nest and we are paying for it. I have never once suggested we should appease the terrorists. What I have said since 9/11 is that we should go after them actively. Instead, Mr. Bush goes after Iraq for reasons I will never fathom.......and he lied about it to make it happen. Now if you want to be loyal to a president like that......who didn't know when he was elected who the PM of Canada was nor where Afghanistan was, you go for it. But don't expect me to blithely follow behind you.
