I have not heard anything, and like you, have not received my proxy.
I hope to soon hear about the successful review by the SEC
of the filings on the ADCS and Lawrence semiconductor acquisitions.

Once ATMI receives approval from the government and shareholders the price of this stock should be above these levels. ATMI will be a substantially different company able to leverage it's newly acquired synergies.
