The quote from the AARadio chairman reiterates what Bill so helpfully posted earlier: AirAmericaRadio had purchased two months of airtime, but the station owner resold the time.

The "bounced check" referred to was a check intentionally stopped during negotiations for the purpose of settling whether there should be reimbursement to AARadio.

The judge will hold a hearing on Monday.

Everybody here who rents an apartment for two months and finds out that the landlord has also rented it to some other people and doesn't want to discuss some reimbursement raise your hand!
