What do you know about Operation Northwoods, and "false flag" operations? If you can assure me that you made a thorough study of them and still fall back on the incompetence angle, then so be it.

But I suspect you do not know the history of government conspiracies that leads me to a more sinister conclusion.

Furthermore, can you explain to me how the FBI supervisor (who suppressed the warnings of Field Agents Kevin Williams, Colleen Rowley and Robert Wright about al Qaeda terrorists in the summer of 2001) managed to not only be paid a bonus but be given a raise and the role as the FBI's Chief of Counterterrorism? How did Osama Bin Laden arrange that?
