HI Chris,

Most bottoms are made by a decline (dipping into over sold territory) and then they have a nice run up.Then comes the very difficult to maintain a good attitude retest of the recent bottom.

I think that is what we're going thru now.

It is hard for me to believe that we'll dip to new lows as the companies reach consistent levels of profitability.

Although the B to B was .97 I like the backlog growing #.

When Sbse was struggling to get to a reduced breakeven and writing off inventory and charge offs to get rid of Graham - I thought it was quite bleak, now with ramping up profits - I find it hard to be so bleak.

This recovery is far from wild and robust - management is sand bagging and overdelivering. That's what keeps one out of the woodshed.

It just takes patience for revenue to ramp up toward 200 million annually.

Note depreciation allows a very nice accumulation of cash - getting to be a nice war chest.

SBSE = Small bank saving everything.GG

Give it 12-18 months and this stock will be bumping 30 - 35 and everybody will be clamoring for it.

Bob
