If Saddam had been taken down in 1991 and a free republic established in Iraq then, there would have been NO 91101.

Too late for that. But the NEXT 91101 will be prevented because of George Bush.

If Kerry became president, the 91101's would become commonplace, and might not even lead the headlines anymore...
