U.S. consumer sentiment faded in April, according to media reports of the University of Michigan consumer sentiment index released Friday. The April sentiment index fell to 93.2 from 95.8 in March, the weakest since December. Economists were looking for a gain to 97.0. The current conditions index fell to 104.1 from 106.8 in March. The expectations index dropped to 86.2 in April from 88.8 in March, the lowest since October
