The Bush plan is...well a Haliburton plan. It might have worked. Get rid of Saddam, use the 87 billion to hire every Iraqi to rebuild, and get out. Keep them too busy to fight. Trust that the Iraqi's would start selling oil to someone for money, and since it is a commodity it really doesn't matter who they sell to. The neocons were greedy by double and clever by half. TP
