I'd guess mr. bill plotted and schemed to seduced every intern as female as monica. And maybe even those who were a lot less female. Do we say monica was a 3 or 4??

Mow maybe mr. bill was really really stupid, but I'd guess he understood the risk of the exposure of his masturbation addiction with interns. Tremendous amounts of time are spent planning to make certain of security. And such an addiction would not be satisfied with only one intern for any length of time.

So how many dozens or hundreds of hours was lost per intern is difficult to know. Then we have the married folks who came forward because the were molested. If mr. bill had a bad intern day he just turned to molesting older married woman. How many older molested woman would have the courage of Ms Wiley to come forward with no DNA. Another good question.

But stupid mr. bill being ignorant of DNA science got caught and at least 1 intern cost thousands and thousands of hours of lying, planning out lies and planning lies to libel those who found sick mr. bill's conduct disgusting.

It's possible mr. bill spent 10 to 40% of his time awake planning out his next ejaculation. Who knows???

But time awake is not sleeping around.
