Clarke couldn't exactly remember which, but he knows those are the only two places the orders could have come from. And which one is more tied in with the Saudis, Cheney-Bush or Colin Powell? Hint: Read the new book about The Bushes and The House Of Saud, and also read about the longtime business relationships between the Bushes and Bin Laudens. We would all like to know EXACTLY who gave the orders, but it wasn't the FBI. The order to release came from above.
