We have to distinguish between organized terrorists and isolated angry people We are at no risk from truly isolated angry people. Isolated angry people kick the dog, or beat their wives. Our problem is that the angry people are not isolated, they are getting meaning from an Islamist ideology that tells them that their problems are the fault of the West, and they should go fight the jihad against the West. So they try to kill a Westerner, or go link up with other like-minded people wishing to do the same. It's not hard, their local mosque is sure to offer opportunities.
