Had a couple phone conversations. As usual, the company is careful about what it says. Both distribution and formulation were in the merger equation. Goal is a national brand. Over the years we will likely see a "Hansen's Just Pik't" and eventually just "Just Pik'd" as the surving brand name in Hansen's territory. This will eliminate confusion between the two Hansen's companies. The Hansen's formulations will persist, certainly the popular ones, and several Hansen's smoothies are already being sold East under the Just Pik'd name. Hansen's is doing well, installed two new machines. Anybody from Texas? See if Starbucks is now selling FRSH products there. If there are a lot of lurkers perhap we could get a state by state status report of FRSH products being carried by Starbucks. Locally, in San Diego, not that I've seen. John
