Any person with the ability think and an understanding of human nature can evaluate the situation and come up with estimates and guesses. Mr. bill was clearly to stupid to comprehend the consequences of his actions or was so addicted that they did not matter. Addiction leads to great demands on time. Stupidity leads to stupidity. Mr. bill was a scum bag and did was unfit to be given the responsiblity. His conduct proves it. Now did hillary make him a scum bag? Was he abused as a child and that made him a victim scumbag?
