Not exactly fair to say management is dumping. Options come with comply legal and accounting issues.

Selling may not represent any overt decision but rather simply an automatic sale to assure compliance with regulatory issues.

I have a large position in another situation. At times I sell some. My action reflect nothing of my view of the company's prospects. I just need funds to pay bills.

I certainly do not understand the price action of Xoma. But I am happy I also don't really care.

Castello is not too old. Would one really want one of the young posters at Yahoo to be running the company? Not saying you ever said he was too old, just throwing that in as an extra.

Does Robert KK get desperate when the stock goes below $5 and make multiple post to support the stock?
