To insinuate that giving Brown and Root the no bid contract to build the prison was a good idea simply because nobody has escaped is pretty lame. The prison was built to government specifications with government inspectors watching every move made by the workers. On a job like this the number of escapees has nothing to do with who built it unless there was gross malfeasance.

Giving the job to Cheney's company without allowing anyone else to bid on the job is just another example of bush/cheney cronyism.
