I'm not sure what Kerry meant by that because I have not researched it but I'm sure it was not a lie. I know Kerry and he never lies. There were probably two versions to the bills, the first one he voted for, the second again. The war powers bill also had two variations. Many bills have multiple variations as they are amended. That statement just sounds dishonest, but isn't. Also, everyone knows Kery supports the truth %150, unlike Bush who supports the corporate special interests, big oil and his own career over the troops or anyone else. Bush was the one who sent the troops into war without proper body armor. Kerry was the one who sounded the alarm. Then the GOP tried to turn it around on Kerry, dishonestly of course. Always dishonest aren't they?

Can you name one time Bush has ever told the truth or kept a promise besides cutting taxes for the rich and getting rid of the Taliban (the latter with 99% bipartisan support).
