It is obvious to me that you have absolutely no experience in the military and are not well read besides. Are you not aware the Military has War Plans for almost any contingency on earth? Considering Iraq tried to assassinate the first Pres. Bush, that Iraq was openly violating the UN, that Iraq was shooting at OUR warplanes, that Iraq had invaded all of its neighbors, that Iraq was believed by THE WORLD to have WMD we would be GROSSLY NEGLIGENT if we DIDNT have war plans against Iraq. That is merely a HEADLINE GRABBER to sell a book. ADULTS in this country know that. GROW UP or go outside and play in your sandbox. jdn
