Little bit off topic.... why shouldn't INTC enjoy PE as high as DELL or CPQ? Any growth in DELL will drive growth in INTC, and INTC has much more formidable base and technology than DELL/CPQ (which are consumer product goods companies anyways).

Any thoughs??
