I think you are veering away from the essence of my post which is that when divorced/widowed couples remarry, the American people respect their wishes of divorce and remarriage including their desire to keep their fortunes separate.

Conflict of interest, I stress on the word interest. Laura Bush is very interested in libraries though she may not make any money from it. None the same she has an interest. If you get into the Senators and Congressmen's salaries we will unearth a pile of "conflict of interest" So it is a much larger debate than Teresa Heinz's fortune.

And this time around I hope you will spend some time thinking about this issue rather than proofreading my posts. I was not aware you proof read posts instead of trying to understand what is in the post. Proof readers catch typos.
