LOL. No...(i'm very authorized...LOL) The insurance commissioner (Geramindi) doesn't even know whats going on....(or whats going to happen) All i know is the insurance rates are the highest in the country. The (work comp) benefits provided are (some of) the lowest. It cost a couple hundred grand for a heart bypass. hmmmm. (and those chop shops are popping up everywhere) But seriously, I think an Injured California worker will call his attorney before he goes to the doctor from now on. LOL...(that's going to save a lot of money...LOL) With all the BS that workers' comp adjustors spewing right now....I think a GREAT BIZ would be a third party phone (RECORDING) line....that you call and pay a couple bucks to before you call your work comp adjustor....(kind of a conference call attorney hot line) man ....THAT IS ONE OPORTUNISTIC BIZ RIGHT NOW... Hav a nice day...
